Czech buns - české buchty


500 g flour
30 g yeast
Sugar 80 g
1 package vanilla sugar
Milk 1/4 l
Yolk 2 pc
Butter 120 g
lemon peel
1 pinch of salt.

Fat for greasing  Poppy filling 100 g ground poppy seeds, 
Milk 1/4 l
1 package vanilla sugar
icing sugar


Procedure for preparation recipe:

Dry shake the flour into a bowl, we make a dent in it, where Crumble yeast, sprinkle with sugar, grief-warm milk and let rise yeast. Then add to the flour vanilla sugar, salt, lemon peel, egg yolks and melted butter and prepare a soft dough let rise for about half an hour.  After rising, the dough, divide it into 4 parts and each of these parts into 8 pieces. Each piece of dough crush on Patty, middle we fill, wrap and adjust to the shape of buns. We lay side by side in a greased baking pan and brush each bun on the side and top with melted butter. Alternate each row with a different filling cakes.  Let cakes in the pan a little to rise and then bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Again brush the surface with butter cakes. Finished dump or leave it.
