Dill sauce - koprovka



3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

500 ml chicken broth

1 bunch dill

100 ml of whole milk

3 tablespoons sour cream

200 ml whipping creamsalt


 or a pinch of sugar and apple cider vinegar to taste tightening


Procedure for preparation recipe:

The thick-walled saucepan, heat the butter, dusty with flour and fry it. Pour cold broth and 15-20 minutes cook until smooth. Add the finely chopped dill and milk, let boil. Stir in both cream and season with salt and pepper. Tighten a few drops of vinegar or a little sugar to sauce got exactly the sweet taste of what you love. Serve with boiled egg and new potatoes.  Balance is the result of a dill sauce seasoning decent. Increases the freshness of dill sour cream and apple vinegar.
